Spirit Airlines asks Puerto Rican family to show passports then denies them flight | Category: General Source
That reminds me of a news article of a airline employee thinking the district of Columbia was a South American country.
A couple of days ago Hertz refused to rent a car to a Puerto Rican who didn’t have his passport.
New employee made a mistake. Considering some people in the **U.S. government** make the mistake of saying Puerto Rico is a foreign country, this doesn’t really seem that newsworthy.
How do people make it to adulthood and not know this?
you owe them an apology and compensation. I am not going to fly you again
