eyewhycue2: Drink tea and consider trying bentonite clay (Mr. Google has lots of info about it). Make sure you have some healthy fat in the morning to get your body burning fat rather than sugar. Investigate the keto type diet.
NightingaleY: Protein, like eggs, keeps you full. Put snacks in hard to reach places, buy less of them, drink more water, out of sight out of mind. Best of luck! Exercise more to combat the snacks.
