In what instances does your sex legally matter and what happens to all the intersex people who don’t actually fall directly under either definition? It’s all well and good to say there are only two sexes, but then if you define those sexes in ways that don’t cover everyone, what does that mean?
I feel like we’ve got bigger fish to fry than their ability to decide if someone is a guy or gal. If you use our fucking healthcare money to enforce bathroom rules with fucking police overtime we’re going to be pissed.
