Such overreaching laws are great. They invite supreme court challenges and enable rights to be opened up. An absurd law like this would be struck down immediately. Appealed, and then reaffirmed setting precedent. Sometimes you have to play legislative chess.
Let me get this straight… Their anti abortion concept (which the law is based on) is to save unborn children (lives) and to ensure it’s enforced they’re going to kill mothers who violate it??
