oh he answered the door with a handgun?? they don’t know how many shots were fired?? watch the story morph right before the bodycam footage comes out, the man will be found to have been unarmed and they’ll have shot him a double-digit amount of times
then they’ll keep trying to hide identities, and they’ll hinder the investigation, and everyone involved will get a slap on the wrist for killing a man on his own doorstep. Not to mention—they didn’t respond to the actual domestic violence situation, so that’s great
state licensed murderers, and we pay a lot for them too. Jesus christ.

Stuff like this scares me so much. I’ve had the cops show up to my house once because they got the wrong address. You have no idea what’s going on or why there’s suddenly so many flashing lights out your window so you go investigate and may or may not get shot.
I consider myself lucky that there isn’t a story like this about me.

I just want to know why he answered the door with a handgun AND his wife had one too. And exchanged fire with the officers.

Apparently training doesn’t mean anything.

A woman in my neighborhood was killed by a sheriff’s deputy because she answered the door with a weapon in her hand.

The only thing that stops a good guy with a gun, is a lot more good guys with guns at the wrong house.
