As someone that dealt with 24/7 chain smoking cigarette smokers on one side of my townhome; I am glad the lady won the lawsuit.
What the guy was smoking isn’t at issue with the law. Or even that they were smoking. The issue is that it invaded the other space and infringed on the legal right to enjoy and be comfortable in your home. Free from nuisances and distrubances.

Dude smoking should get some air cleaners and fans to get fresh air in and the smell out.
