NutOnMyNoggin: If start by figuring out how many calories you need to eat everyday. Theres tests on different body building sites. Just look it up. After you figure out how much calories you need to eat then figure out how much of thise calories youll dedicate to fat, protien and carbs. Tbh to make things simple id recommend getting a calorie intake app. Like myfitnesspal because you can just enter in what you eat and it’ll calculate how much left you gotta eat. But make sure you get a few staple foods. These will be your go to foods for getting the most nutrients. For me, it’s tofu, soy chunks and beans. These foods are high in calories and get me to my daily protien goals. Just also make sure you get a good amount of vitamins and minerals.
