In action movies someone will grab somebody’s head and hit it with their own head to knock them out. Is that actually possible in real life? How does it not do an equal amount of damage to both people?

centrum5555: you hit with the hardest part of your head and aim for the weakest part of the head of your enemy, for example the nose.

as someone who was on the receiving end of this at one point, yeah it works but you also hurt yourself a bit, especially if you do it wrong.

albeit the attacker might be 1cm too low, since you dont want to hit the teeth or the mouth

Fireheart318s_Reddit: Okay. So the victim’s brain isn’t moving and then they take an unexpected hit and their skull starts moving but their brain doesn’t. Boom.

The attacker’s brain gets to speed up more gradually and they have the benefit of knowing the attack is coming so they can follow through and let their brain/skull slow down gradually.

Either way I wouldn’t try it
