    > On its latest earnings call, the company’s CFO Ludovic Regis Henri Garnier said Thai Union Group wasn’t aware the initial deal price was so cheap.

Thailand is a country where you can get a plate of pad thai from a relatively nice mall food court for less than $1, so they must’ve seen the initial $20 price tag and thought it was high enough.

Little did they know that Americans are used to paying sooo much more at restaurants.

Do these sound like the actions of a man who had ALL he could eat?

What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent endless shrimp meal?

We did this for my moms bday dinner. Bro and I got the deal. Got the usual 3 items you have to start with as much shrimp as possible and just kept ordering until we were absolutely stuffed. Prolly 6 orders of the regular shrimp skewers each.

They started getting slow to bring more the second time around so we started trying to order 2 at a time, which they refused, but sped up the deliveries.

We were banking on leaving a fat tip, but our server was god awful at her job, forgetting 2 initial meals on our big top, and about 7 drinks, 4 alcoholic the first round let alone refills. One of the few instances I allowed myself to go full Karen. Still left her 20% based on the fact she had to do 10 table touches but our bill was $300+
