    Like, how does someone not feel any guilt for taking advantage of someone in this way? If only he knew that an honest realtor, is a rarity
    ( if they exist at all).

  6. If you’re not competent to evaluate a legal document yourself, pay a lawyer to evaluate it for you.

    If you can’t afford a lawyer, you can’t afford to sign the document.
