    Dude was taken advantage of but he willingly signed a document when he was behind on his payments. Bank was foreclosing as well.

    There is a lot more to the story than what the headline is saying.

    Like, how does someone not feel any guilt for taking advantage of someone in this way? If only he knew that an honest realtor, is a rarity
    ( if they exist at all).

    If you’re not competent to evaluate a legal document yourself, pay a lawyer to evaluate it for you.

    If you can’t afford a lawyer, you can’t afford to sign the document.
