Truly wild. I did find the ending line kinda stupid though. “People are being prosecuted differently on the basis of their race or skin color, it’s not right.” Like… gee you don’t fucking say? Instantly reminded me of the white girl who was sentenced to be tried as a black man video and that shit came out forever ago.
>This culture wasn’t limited to just one staff member or one case. Hayes says that fellow attorneys in the Jefferson County office all appeared to embrace this culture. Hayes says she took this picture one day while alone in the office.
>In November, when asked under oath what “woke” meant during a court case, Ryan Newman, DeSantis’ general counsel said, “Generally, the belief there are systemic injustices in American society and the need to address them.” And in his newly released book, “The Courage to Be Free,” DeSantis himself added a third definition: “What constitutes ‘woke’ is open to debate, but for the left, a fundamental attribute of wokeness is the subordination of facts and evidence to anecdote and ideology.”
So basically, being that Florida is “where woke goes to die”, we just attribute the fact that the second judicial circuit of Florida has a Hispanic-specific policy to anecdote, it demonstrates that there are systemic injustices in American society, but only a woketard would want to address them…
While the allegations against the prosecutor are sickening, I can’t find any corroborating sources that concur this happened, nor are any other sources reporting on this.
The only evidence shown in the article is a testimony from some lady in her car, and a photo of a cork board with no other context.

There certainly is systemic racism in our justice system, but this article is a hoax beyond all reasonable doubt.

Now, I’m used to a racism policy being a guide to handling reports of racism. A policy about how to do more racism is new and also terrible.

Is anyone really surprised by this in Florida?

What racism in America. How can that be after MLK washed away our prejudices with his dream.

I miss when the GOP was trying to be subtle about their racism and evil.
Nowadays they are all up front about it.
