If the EPA doesn’t allow this, isn’t this just another stupid law that will be shot down in federal court? So the only outcome here is that Florida will waste millions of taxpayer dollars to defend a bad law in court to placate some wealthy donors. Or if it does stand, in the long-term workers who develop health problems will sue the state and the companies using these chemicals in construction.
