She’s totally right though. Her point is that meat eaters happily eat animals they know are intelligent, and even animals they find cute. The idea of eating cats or dogs being disgusting is total bullshit hypocrisy.
I’m a meateater, and I fully accept that I’m a hypocrite and that what I do is damaging. I know that doesn’t make it better, I’m not looking for it too. I’m just not deluded or in denial.
