I doubt they just randomly did this. It sounds like something happened with a kid given the emphasis they put on junior members. Probably not enough to constitute a crime because they would have said, but something just weird enough that a complaint was lodged.
Make. Separate. Changing. Areas. I don’t see why it is that difficult, then you have no accidents even. I fully understand protecting children and the liability, but it is really a terrible implementation.
