So instead of paying a living wage, they offer “mill housing.” Will there bill a “company store” and payment in scrip as well?

I’ve always wanted to live on a school’s property in a shoebox, and now I have it!

    $550 for a 400sqft studio? WTAF?

Fuuuuuck that. Why would anyone choose to live in a storage shed just so you can continue to make poverty wages.

    We’re regressing as a society.

Now the kids know where you live, it’ll only take one toilet paper roll to get the job done, and its smaller than the 1 bedroom apt I rented in college, for the same price. What great thinking, I’m sure the best teachers will hop on this faster than you can say, “wage slave!”

Therefore, the goal is to draw 10 complete teachers. Total. Additionally, they will still pay $550 a month for the boxes they will reside in. Additionally, they will probably face harassment from other students or the terrorist group Moms for Liberty. or take part in a shooting at a school.

They genuinely won’t stop until they pay workers a living wage, despite their best efforts.

Wow. That’s just an open palm slap to the face for teachers everywhere.

Like seriously? Whoever is in charge of how much teachers get paid will literally do *anything* that doesn’t involve actually paying teachers more….

Seems like America can’t stand education.

That’s the next step. Employers offering no cost housing to their employees. What a deal. Viola, back to slavery.

At least it’s not the iceberg again.

    an employer town for educators?

Where else would teachers choose to live in a box behind the school rather than pursue better-paying positions?

In first grade, I thought the teachers spent the night in the supply closet.

I suppose I was simply in a hurry.
