Watch the video, you are not presenting all of the facts. The “customers” appear to know each other, and were fighting amongst themselves. Charges wont stick.
Shouldn’t he also be charged with three or four counts of Unlawful Imprisonment? Maybe for the guy who was proposing to shoplift $3.80 worth of stuff, but DEFINITELY for the other three people? Involuntary Manslaughter doesn’t carry such a heavy penalty that the additional penalties would be irrelevant.
