QD_Mitch: My mom saw them as a teen. She and her friend were up in the balcony sharing a pair of binoculars. One would look, the other would scream. Then they’d switch.
SaulKarath: The song “Blackbird” was also written about the troubles during the civil rights movement in the American south.
dakid1: Honestly, a Beatles concert would not be fun to go to with a time machine. Just a bunch of screaming girls
Unit219: Sort of true. It wasn’t contractual, they simply put their foot down and said no during their first tour of America.
ObLaDi: [I made a short video about it a while ago](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mAJSacdBesE). It was so cool that they decided to do that even though they didn’t need to.
kelthan: They just get better the more you know about them. The were not perfect, but the had pretty solid morals and standards
jules26: I love the Beatles music and love the fact that they stood up for what was right and moral in regard to race relations.
Thelonious_Cube: And they were far from the first popular entertainers to do so
udayserection: I went to a marylin Manson concert in the 90’s in Shreveport Louisiana. I kinda think it was segregated.
i_have_an_account: This is called having a back bone.
You could learn something here America
tellman1257: A bunch of new Beatles videos have been uploaded to their VEVO channel in the past couple says:

scippy11: Almost all of their pre- Rubber Soul songs were simply getting too complicated to perform live on tour.
mjrulz: Paul gave an interview how stupid it was all just screaming.
TRONALDDUMP1994: SOOOOOOOOO Progresive
morered: Such great guys
And they never paid their taxes. Got rich and didn’t give a penny back to society. And now we have a billionaire called Yoko ono

highprofittrade: It must be have been so hard for white americans back then to comprehend why they did that…
MrNobody95: And Steve Buscemi was a firefighter during 9-11. Who doesn’t know this?
ifiagreedwithu: I’d rather eat poop than see a liberal happy.
smoochy2012: The left: always bringing up the race card.
LGBTcrusader1: Beatles culturally appropriated and stole from African-american musicians, their the most influential band in history if your only counting white musicians from the 60-80s, since then black musicans have influenced music the most hip hop, r&b, rap and trap have influenced more then rock for the last 10 years (longer if you stop counting in white america and the UK). Beyond that how the hell did the Beatles capture the imagination of China, India, Nigeria etc thats part of the world or by world do you mean the UK and US? Even there lgbt peoples imagination were not captured by the Beatles until the appropriated (stole) from gay artists the styles that became Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, for a british rock band they sure do steal alto from America but then again America is pretty dominant in Music. Just because they wouldn’t play for a segregated crowd doesn’t make them any better, they never advocated for desegregation or LGBT rights.
