sartoriusrex: As a general tip for cooking, salty and acidic go hand-in-hand. They balance any meal, so if something tastes a bit too salty, round it out with some lime, lemon, balsamic, orange, pineapple juice, etc. Not too much. To taste, one might say. And vice versa.
