Explains why red state legislatures are so hot to baselessly tie LGBTQAI+ to “child sexual abuse.” It kind of mystified me how there always seemed to be someone inserting themselves into the conversation and alleging children are somehow at risk. This was a coordinated effort to scare people into allowing EARN IT to pass, then give government carte blanche to sift through all of our internet activity and punish non-heteronormative voices and outlaw their messages.
