    While that’s aggressive, I can’t fault him for his initiative.

    That being said, he shouldn’t have taken the law into his own hands, especially since he had that information.

    F-ing Texas, man. Of course he should be charged. I can’t wait to hear how this is some ridiculous Castle Doctrine/stand your ground application. Stand your ground…after you track someone 20 miles from where the crime happened and you had ample opportunity to engage proper authorities to resolve the situation.
