Like idk sis, at the point you’re looking for jobs in a finance shop the Mexican immigrants without papers probably aren’t taking your job.
Same with this, like maybe it’s because you’re the type of guy who’d say you didn’t get a job because you called them ladies and not because you called them ladies

I usually say ma’am, or you can just use peoples names. Ladies is pretty informal anyways.
