This would be very ironic and oniony… if the title was true.
The ship didn’t get lost, it ran aground while drawing up new maps. This is ironic (not as much as getting lost) as these maps are made to prevent running aground, but using a false title makes the story such a letdown that the enjoyability of any such irony is lost. And there’s no map that could’ve saved that.
This isn’t really OP’s fault though because the article made the title and they just copy-pasted it.

Well, that’s why you update the charts every now and then! Unfortunately, updating the charts is not without risk.
As long as everyone on the ship is alive and well, I call that a learning experience.
