RtuDtu says someone posted the exact same thing and I’ll copy and paste what I said in the other thread They might have a point but I’m no lawyer so I guess I have a few questions 1 – if I were making a movie outside and during the shoot people on the sidewalk were captured would I need to ask their permission? 2 – if the answer to #1 is no what about my private property? It isn’t public so do you still have a right to privacy? They might bring up that they are cops but I don’t think that really matters
