They are! Good in this guy! Boneless chicken wings would have to be literally that to be considered no less chicken wing imo. The “boneless chicken wings “ you buy at this restaurant and in store taste like they are mad with chicken breast and are basically just breaded chicken balls.

Listen, I’ve run into this debate a few times, and yes, by a lot of metrics they are identical.
But, having said that, if you show me a chicken nugget from anywhere and a boneless wing from anywhere, I can pick them out every time.
That has to count for something
