I’m glad the public is paying the salary for police, lawyers, and judges so we can get dangerous criminals like this off the streets. I’m sure all that time and resources could not be better spent, say, pursuing the actual thief.
All that money and time spent for $10 worth of junk food, already outside the store, on the ground.
