He molested a child, so he’s been given one of these. As for how it may be policed, it’s probably not possible for it to be policed to the letter at all times, but should be re-offend and find himself breaking one of the rules (ie, the standing near women strangers example), it’ll effectively add 5 years minimum to that sentence.
The article says the family or girl herself didn’t realise what was happening until the police grabbed him… So what the heck did he do to qualify as sexual assault?

He’s also got an 18 month sentence, and is subject to the SHPO for 10 years.
