I love how they shift the blame to illegal immigration without acknowledging that an illegal immigrant can legally buy an assault weapon because of their own shitty policies
The immigration status of the victims is relevant due to the fact that illegal immigrants are much less likely to call or cooperate with law enforcement when a crime is being committed. The crime rate against illegal immigrants is way higher than citizens per capita for this reason
In this case the victims could have called the police when the shooter started firing his weapon instead of trying to take care of it themselves.
