The problem here is the wording that any pharmaceutical, for instance, derived from research that used fetal tissue, would need to be labeled.
The solution is for pharma to refuse to sell any products in Texas. Imagine Pfizer refusing to sell viagra in Texas because they would have to label some vaccine. No boners for Gohmert!
This is a red herring. The bill also targets all medical advances that involve research or anything at all using fetal tissue. They are pushing the food aspect so that people don’t panic when it passes.
This is likely the start of a process to demonize vaccines and push to ban many medical advances.
