Doctors already have the ability to decline optional care. I used to work in a medical practice and the doctors would talk with patients and deny/change the patient’s request all the time. Life saving care on the other hand was never declined.
Probably the next thing on the Florida gop agenda is to allow them to kill people who they don’t like. The scumbag murderer-in-chief Ron DeSantis would sign that in a heartbeat
Wonder when the camps start. It won’t be called “camps”. It will be a “Special Emergency Law Enforcement Action” where the police agencies gather their lists of “agitators” and charge them with terrorism. They will have videos of cops getting attacked at riots and claim these people are somehow involved. Ofc the list will be 90% left leaning activists just by sheer coincidence.
Pay 200$ a month for employee insurance?! Can’t fucking use it though!
Something similar happened to me when Blue Cross Blue Shield and Springfield Clinic dropped each other. Suddenly I couldn’t see my family doctor of generations and the largest clinic chain in my area was off limits.
Why would anyone want to live in that cesspool? I’m waiting for people to finally wake up and realize that the politicians are only interested in controlling and manipulating the residents and everything they do is to benefit their unhinged agenda.

I’m not able to view the article due to my location. On what grounds are they proposing doctors can deny care?

Hence what happens when most of your voters are on social security and Medicare. They don’t give a shit about everyone else.

Anyone who uses this law as an excuse to not provide care should lose their licenses.

$10 said that this’ll be turned around after the first GQP’er gets refused service by the doctor from this bill.

So blinded by greed, completely unaware of what will happen when they push the people too far.
