ESA are not legally protected service animals in private owners business – especially bc esa require no training, just a designation by a licensed psychologist. They are only helpful in the living domain.
Service animals that are trained to perform a specific task for a medical purpose is a different thing.

Well yeah, Emotional Support Animals have no legal protections to be anywhere in public. Entirely different from trained Service Animals.
