> “I mean, it’s, it’s a little bit comical,” Penny told the Post. “Everybody who’s ever met me can tell you, I love all people, I love all cultures. You can tell by my past and all my travels and adventures around the world. I was actually planning a road trip through Africa before this happened.”
This headline being used deliberately out of context WOULD be comical if it wasn’t such a common tactic in media. He wasn’t saying Jordan’s death is/was comical he’s saying the fact that people are calling him a white supremacist is comical.
Sad affair but it’s inevitable you’re going to have vigilantes if people can’t ride public transit without feeling safe from gross bodily harm trapped in a car with someone who has no business out in society. If police can’t handle people in the throughs of a dangerous mental health crisis maybe they should be committed?

Then I guess he needs to work on expressing his emotions properly because that’s not how you show love.

well, humans he *considers* people

That is incredible title gore.

“comical” is a weird word there.

And yet he murdered a man.

Sociopath.
“It’s a little bit comical” WTF?
yhwhx says
The more Daniel Penny talks the more he sounds like a sociopath.
WangusRex says
I guess he just hugs too tightly?
SolarisHan says
He is stating it is comical that people are calling him a white supremacist, he is not commenting on the death itself saying it’s comical.
This headline is taken completely out of context deliberately.
dweeb93 says
It’s depressing that it’s “woke” to think it’s not ok to choke a homeless man to death when he’s having a breakdown.
Frothydawg says
No you don’t, you fucking asshole.
I worked in homeless services. Unarmed. Not once did we have to kill any of our clients.
And you best believe we had more than our fair share of aggressive, intoxicated, strung out, threatening clients come on-site acting out.
NOT ONCE did we kill a client.
Also, I am a former cop. I was taught the carotid restraint as well.
*NOT ONCE* did I use it on any of our unruly clients (and Lord knows I had plenty of opportunities to do so). But I didn’t. Because I knew better.
I repeat, Daniel Penny, you are a fucking asshole.

Man it’s a special kind of love when you see someone screaming that they’re upset and that they’re hungry and then they don’t care anymore….
and then you choke them to death.
