Hijab removal and strip search are standard practice almost everywhere, and a non issue. It has been litigated to death, they can make you take it off, they can make you take off your clothes and spread ’em and cough. They can make you cut your hair off, they can jab you with a needle full of Ativan and stick a thermometer up your ass if they want. As soon as you become a prisoner, you are chattel with minimal human rights.
The recording and broadcasting thing is really weird and really the only valid part of the suit.
