Good idea in theory. But you’d have a better chance at getting away with it, if you created a charge for poor behavior on the part of adults. You start calling parents ‘bad parent’ and you will see people get their back up like you wouldn’t believe.
Nobody likes to be called a bad parent, even if you got them to agree that other people were bad parents, if their kids exhibited the exact same behavior as their own.
Did anyone actually read the article? There’s two sides to every story but according to the mother, the adults took the kids outside to play and the owner of the restaurant said they were being disruptive outside. Kids get antsy at restaurants, and if they can’t sit at the table, taking them outside and away from people trying to eat is good parenting in my book.

And absolutely zero people will ever actually pay it.
Attempting to charge for this would open them up to discrimination lawsuits.

[Awww, poor parents who can’t afford good parenting lessons. Maybe they should try practicing kindness and patience instead. Who knows, they might even learn something!](https://cliprecaps.com/read/?v=u7AVNP0EwXI&pp=ygVDNTAgY2hhcmdlIGZvciDigJhwb29yIHBhcmVudGluZ-KAmTogdGhyZWF0ZW5zIGZlZSB3aGVuIGtpZHMgZG9u4oCZdA%3D%3D)

Charging for parenting? Sounds like a great way to ensure your kids never misbehave!
